We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Designer to manage the creation of unique designs on private Residential, ultra luxury, modern design. The candidate would work in a small team dedicated to creating a unique, powerful design for clients.

The candidate will be responsible for Project Management, leading client meetings, and leading the internal Design team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the client requirements and ensuring that the design team adheres to it, offering technical and creative advice. The candidate will be tasked with ensuring that client's vision is realized by working closely with both the client and the internal Design team which consists of Architects, Interior Designers and Engineers. Projects include luxury private multimillion-dollar homes as well as boutique Commercial properties such as resorts. The candidate must be well-versed in Design programs to build out concepts.

Objectives:

- Create and present innovative, high-end residential and boutique commercial design concepts that align with client expectations and company standards.

- Oversee the technical execution and design detailing of 100% of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with quality and aesthetic standards.

- Successfully lead and manage high-budget projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

- Maintain a 90%+ client satisfaction rating by ensuring seamless communication, regular updates, and a tailored design experience.

- Ensure 100% accuracy in design drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation, reducing errors and project delays.

- Source and specify luxury materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with firm’s high-quality design standards.

- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and engineers to integrate design intent into practical construction solutions, ensuring feasibility and efficiency.

- Implement at least two process improvements per year to streamline design workflows, increasing overall team productivity.

- Demonstrate 100% proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design tools, staying up to date with advancements and best practices.

- Ensure 95%+ of projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints, maintaining financial and operational efficiency.

- Provide training, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring a high-performance and innovative design culture.

- Develop and execute at least two new design concepts per year that enhance the firm’s reputation and attract high-profile clients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years of related experience

- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design

- Track record of strong Design and creativity flair

- Strong skills in creating visualizations for Design concepts

- Must have Project Management experience in handling multimillion-dollar builds and designs
